Octavia uses movement therapy and specializes in athletic advancement, surgical & injury recovery, pre/post natal, pain management & more. This is a lifestyle change that will have a positive effect in all areas of your overall health.
Created by Octavia Clio Sisley who is a lifetime athlete, master trainer & instructor in all fields from Pilates to TRX. She created this method to assist people in all populations to reach their health & fitness goals in a safe & beautiful way. Octavia has a background in dance as well & her sessions & classes are FUN & rhythmic.
