This unique program is formed around Pilates, Strength Training & Total Resistance Exercise. The movement is meant for the long-term & is tailored to all levels & ages.  This program also specializes in recovery & pain management through movement therapy. This is a lifestyle change that will have a positive effect in all areas of your life. 

Created by Octavia Clio Sisley who is a lifetime athlete, master trainer & instructor in all fields from Pilates to TRX. She created this method to assist people in all populations to reach their health & fitness goals in a safe & beautiful way. Octavia has a background in dance as well & her sessions & classes are FUN & rhythmic.
